Shipping Cost

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders shipped within the contiguous United States.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. Processing times may be extended during holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 8–15 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier operations, weather, holidays, incorrect address information, high shipping volume, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, D.C.

We do not currently ship to:

• Hawaii
• Puerto Rico
• Guam
• U.S. Virgin Islands
• American Samoa
• Northern Mariana Islands
• Federated States of Micronesia
• Marshall Islands
• Palau
• APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses
• PO Boxes

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

Tracking information may take several business days to update after the package has been handed to the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Please contact support@golfvoro.com immediately if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has shipped.

Delivery Issues

If your tracking information shows that the package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, the delivery carrier, and the surrounding delivery area.
