Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to feel confident when shopping with Golfvoro. If you are not satisfied with your order or experience an issue with your inflatable lounge, please contact our customer support team. We will review your request and do our best to provide an appropriate solution.

30-Day Return Window

We accept eligible return requests within 30 days of delivery.

The 30-day period begins on the date the package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Return requests submitted after 30 days may not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and uninflated

  • Be clean, dry, and in its original condition

  • Include all original accessories, components, and packaging

  • Show no signs of outdoor, pool, or backyard use

  • Be free from stains, odors, punctures, scratches, dirt, water damage, or other wear

  • Be approved for return by our customer support team before being shipped back

  • Be returned using the instructions provided by Golfvoro

Products that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund.

Please do not send a product back without first contacting us and receiving return authorization and instructions.

Inflatable Product Return Conditions

For hygiene, safety, and quality-control reasons, inflatable products that have been inflated, filled with water, used outdoors, or placed in a swimming pool may not be eligible for a standard return unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Before inflating the product, please confirm that:

  • You received the correct color, size, and style

  • The packaging and product appear undamaged

  • All included accessories are present

  • You intend to keep and use the product

Once an inflatable product has been used, we may only accept a return if a verified manufacturing defect is present.

Non-Returnable Items

We may not accept returns for:

  • Products that have been inflated or used

  • Products that have been used in a swimming pool

  • Products that have been filled with water

  • Products used on grass, concrete, decking, sand, or other outdoor surfaces

  • Products with dirt, stains, odors, moisture, sunscreen, oil, or cosmetic residue

  • Products damaged by sharp objects, pets, rough surfaces, excessive heat, or improper storage

  • Products damaged due to overinflation or incorrect inflation

  • Products with normal wear, fading, or minor cosmetic marks after use

  • Products without original packaging or accessories

  • Products returned without prior approval

  • Gift cards

  • Final-sale or clearance items when clearly identified as non-returnable

  • Personalized or specially customized products, where applicable

This policy does not limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection laws.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, contact us at:

Please include:

  • Your full name

  • Your order number

  • The email address used during checkout

  • The reason for the return

  • Confirmation that the product is unused and uninflated

  • Clear photos of the product and original packaging

  • Photos or videos of any damage, defect, missing part, or incorrect item

Our team will review your request and let you know whether the return is approved.

If approved, we will provide the return address and additional instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs for returns related to:

  • Change of mind

  • Accidental purchase

  • Ordering the wrong color, size, or style

  • No longer needing or wanting the product

  • Other reasons not caused by a Golfvoro error

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by law or the return is caused by our error.

If the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, Golfvoro will review the case and determine the appropriate solution. Depending on the circumstances, we may provide a replacement, refund, partial refund, or return-shipping assistance.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Golfvoro is not responsible for returns that are lost, damaged, or misdelivered during return shipping.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the problem

  • Photos of the full product

  • Close-up photos of the damaged or defective area

  • Photos of the packaging and shipping label

  • A clear video showing air leakage or another functional issue, where applicable

For suspected air leaks, we may ask you to inflate the product and apply soapy water to the affected area. Visible bubbles can help identify the location of a leak.

Please do not discard the product, packaging, shipping label, valve components, repair patches, or accessories until the case has been reviewed.

What Is Not Considered a Manufacturing Defect

The following are generally not considered manufacturing defects:

  • Punctures caused by sharp objects

  • Damage caused by rough or unsuitable surfaces

  • Damage caused by pets or improper handling

  • Seam or valve damage caused by overinflation

  • Heat-related expansion caused by leaving the product fully inflated in direct sunlight

  • Damage caused by standing, jumping, diving, or sitting on unsupported edges

  • Damage caused by exceeding the recommended user capacity

  • Improper storage while wet or exposed to heat

  • Natural loss of a small amount of air over time

  • Minor differences in color, shape, or dimensions

  • Normal wear after outdoor or pool use

Customers are responsible for following the product-use, inflation, care, and safety instructions.

Refund Inspection and Approval

Once an approved return is received, we will inspect the product and notify you of the refund decision.

If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

If the returned product has been used, inflated, damaged, altered, or returned without required packaging or accessories, we may:

  • Reject the return

  • Reduce the refund amount

  • Deduct cleaning, damage, missing-item, or restocking costs where permitted

  • Return the product to the customer at the customer’s expense

Refund Processing Time

After a refund is approved and processed, it is normally returned to the original payment method.

Most refunds take approximately 3–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank, credit card issuer, PayPal, Shop Pay, or other payment provider.

Golfvoro cannot control the processing time of banks or payment providers after the refund has been submitted.

If more than 10 business days have passed after receiving confirmation that your refund was processed, please contact your payment provider first and then contact us for assistance.

Exchanges and Replacements

We do not guarantee direct exchanges for every return.

If you ordered the wrong color, size, or style, please contact us before returning the product. In some cases, the original product may need to be returned and a new order placed separately.

For verified damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect products, we may offer a replacement when appropriate and subject to product availability.

Order Cancellations

To request an order cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at:

We will do our best to assist, but cancellation is not guaranteed once an order has been processed, prepared for shipment, or handed to the carrier.

If the order has already shipped, it cannot normally be canceled. You may request a return after delivery, subject to the eligibility requirements in this policy.

Address Errors and Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, unsupported, or inaccessible address, additional shipping charges may apply.

Original shipping costs and carrier return fees may be deducted from the refund where permitted.

Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are not automatically eligible for a refund. Customers should check the delivery location, household members, neighbors, and carrier information before contacting us.

Refused or Unclaimed Packages

Packages refused at delivery or left unclaimed may be returned to the sender.

Any carrier fees, return shipping costs, or handling costs may be deducted from the refund where permitted.

Please contact us before refusing a package so that we can provide the correct instructions.
