Shipping Area
We currently ship orders within the contiguous United States only.
At this time, we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or other non-contiguous U.S. locations.
If your order cannot be shipped to your address, our support team will contact you as soon as possible and help arrange a solution.
Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Processing time may be longer during weekends, holidays, high-demand periods, or special promotional events.
Please note that order processing time is separate from shipping time.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is usually 7–15 business days after your order has shipped.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, holiday volume, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the tracking number is created.
Tracking Updates
Tracking information may not update immediately after shipment. This is normal, especially when the package is moving between carrier facilities.
If your tracking information has not updated for several days, please contact us with your order number and the email address used at checkout.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.
Golfvoro is not responsible for delivery delays, failed delivery, returned packages, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed or shipped.
Lost, Delayed, or Returned Packages
If your package appears delayed, please check the tracking page first. Carrier updates may take extra time during weekends, holidays, or high-volume shipping periods.
